Did we mention that when you work in Banquets you can earn a LOT of gratuities (that means tips and $$) from each event?!?Here's what you need to know about our Top Notch Banquets Team:
No Banquet serving experience - no problem! Our team will show you the ropes and support you to be successful in your new adventure.
Afraid of remembering what everyone orders? Banquet serving for an event already has a pre-planned menu, and some times the event is more of a buffet style.
Team serving can be a great way to get past those fears.
Don't worry - you have some pros helping you learn along the way! Just like every special event, our Banquet Bartenders are ready to serve up a special handcrafted cocktail or a nice cold tap.
Indoors, outdoors, no matter the event, our Bartending staff is ready for the challenge! In order to make every event a success, we need the Set Up team to help make our guests vision come to life! It's not just setting up and taking down tables, chairs and other props, it's setting the scene for our guests most memorable events! We have a great crew that helps make it all happen & you could be their next superstar! The right person for any Banquets role will show good etiquette skills, must be passionate about hospitality, customer service, and should thoroughly enjoy creating excellent experiences for our customers.
The ideal candidate will also have a friendly, outgoing disposition.
Previous experience working in a bustling, fast-paced restaurant setting is a plus.
Previous experience preferred for all Bartending positions.
Due to business needs, availability is a must for holidays and weekends.
Flexibility in shift times and ability to assist with other areas is preferred.
